Personal assistants

Our PAs work closely with our fee earners and are a critical part of our success as a business. It’s an interesting and varied role where you’ll be given a range of responsibilities and all the support you need.

To keep your skills current, you can look forward to regular in-house and external training – for example, many of our PAs have taken the Patent Administrators’ Course run by the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) and have successfully gained the PAC qualification.

Records department

Our records department is based in Sevenoaks and is vital to the smooth running of the firm, managing the data for our clients' valuable IP rights and assisting our fee earners by monitoring official deadlines and handling routine aspects of prosecution.

We are always looking for capable people who would enjoy the challenge of working with critical data as part of this close-knit team.

Accounts department

Based in Sevenoaks, our accounts department looks after all of the firm’s financial matters. The team recognises that efficient, transparent and fair billing, as well as close credit control, are critical to the financial health of the firm and to maintaining good relations with clients.

Join us and you’ll be handling invoices and payments in pounds, euros and US dollars, as well as receipts in numerous other currencies.
