If a dispute arises, it’s our job to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If you find yourself facing a potential trade mark infringement on an existing trade mark registration or a situation where someone is attempting to “pass off” their product or branding against yours in the UK, we will advise you on the best course of action. We can also prepare initial cease and desist letters requesting an immediate termination of use if that is how you would like to proceed.
If the dispute develops into litigation we can guide you through the process. At this stage it can mean our stepping back and putting you in the hands of a solicitor and counsel, who will work with you and experts. If that is what is best for you, that is the advice we will give.
