If one of your marks is opposed, we can manage your response at the IPO if it is a UK trade mark or before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) if it is a European Union trade mark*.

If your mark is opposed outside Europe we will manage your response with the help of one of our trusted global network of attorneys.
