This client is the embodiment of a household name employing around 122,000 people in more than 60 countries.  

Our lead partners Nick and Rob have worked in-house within the client’s IP department and, as a result, are both recognised as leading experts in patent drafting, a reputation cemented over the many years they worked in the corporation’s IP offices in The Netherlands and in the UK.  

Over time our partners’ reputation spread to the client’s Chinese business and the high regard in which our team is held persuaded the team in China to select us as one of their patent department’s preferred suppliers.

This has led to a dramatic increase in the both volume and the importance of the work we are being sent from China, even though we are competing with local suppliers who would usually be expected to be able to provide the service at a lower cost.

However the client recognises there is more at stake than just a low fee.  They have repeatedly tested us against their proprietary quality/cost metric and we consistently outperform competition from all over the world to provide the level and quality of service the now vital Chinese market demands.
