No life in appeal of VITA+VERDE trade mark application before the EU General Court.

Our associate Dan Sullivan has looked into the decision by the General Court of the EU to uphold the decision of OHIM's Second Board of Appeal to refuse registration of the mark VITA+VERDE following a successful opposition on the basis of an earlier word mark (VITAVIT) covering identical goods.
