Partnership announcement: E+F appoints two new partners

We are delighted to announce the appointment of two new partners, Jens Grabenstein and Ellie Seymour.

 

Jens is passionate about helping biotechnology companies build strong patent portfolios.  He has worked in the patent profession for over 13 years. His experience stretches from the initial invention harvesting and patent drafting to the defence of patents in both EPO opposition proceedings and multi-jurisdictional patent litigation. Jens joins us from another private practice firm in London.

 

Ellie’s technical background is in physics. She enjoys working on a broad range of subject-matter including optical fibres, semiconductor technology, X-ray analysis, consumer goods, and medical devices. She has experience in drafting new patent applications, prosecuting patent applications before the EPO and the UK IPO, managing international portfolios, and EPO opposition proceedings. Ellie has been promoted to the partnership, having joined E+F in 2013.
