Asher studied Chemistry at the University of Oxford (MChem), graduating with a 1st Class Honours Degree in 2021.
For his final year research project, Asher studied the catalytic cycle of NiFe hydrogenases. He used IR microspectroscopy to probe single crystals of enzyme in order to determine the generality of a Ni(I) intermediate.
Asher joined Elkington + Fife as a Technical Assistant in September 2021.
