Oliver Moseley
Technical Assistant
LinkedIn Profile

Oliver obtained a PhD in Physics from the University of Cambridge, following a Chemistry degree (MChem 2017) from the University of Bath.
In Oliver’s Chemistry undergraduate studies, he focused on modules relating to organic and other functional materials, especially for electronic applications. During a placement year at Merck’s Advanced Materials division, he fabricated photodiode light sensors using organic electronics. Following this, his Master’s research involved optimising a deposition technique for next generation solar panel technology.
Oliver’s PhD work focussed on the development and electrical characterisation of electromagnetic radiation sensors, primarily X-rays and visible light, using halide perovskite semiconductors. His research aimed to develop novel detector device structures and design experiments to assess detector performance.
Oliver joined E+F as a technical assistant in March 2023.
