Will studied Mechanical Engineering (Meng) at the University of Bristol, where he graduated with a 1st Class Honours Degree.

During his final year in Bristol, Will undertook a research project into efficiency losses resulting from vibration in high performance bicycle chain transmissions, in conjunction with British Cycling. 

Before joining E&F Will worked in industry, both in the rail sector and at sustainable packaging start-up, Notpla.”
